Enquiry & Introduction

At this stage an enquiry is made through a call, email or any of our channels. The idea or innovation is first introduced. A followup meeting can be arranged to clarify on the project.

Step 1

NDA

We have our standard NDA.This is dependent on the client if they would like to sign one or not.

Step 2

Project briefing & Requirements gathering

This session is held with the client project's team and ouur senior developers to understand the scope of the project and the problem we are required to solve.

Step 3

Official Proposal & Negotiation

Here we provide a proposal where the client can review and appraise if it correctly capture their needs requirement. At this stage we also negotiate with the client on the best rates

Step 4

Contract Signing

We document our agreement and agreed timelines and do a sign off.

Step 5

Milestones Mapping & Kickoff

The Chief Technology Officer leads and prepares a milestone calender and officially kickstarts the project.

Step 6

Weekly Updates

The CTO or Project Lead will give the cleint weekly briefings to appraise them on the project progress

Step 7

MVP & Testing

This is the most important phase. The application MVP will be rolled out for testing and we will make adjustments as per the client requests

Step 8

Project Handover

The project will be fully handed over and deemed complete.
